The Office of Student Involvement is accepting applications for a project assistant in Fraternity and Sorority Life for the upcoming school year including this summer. The job has flexible hours based on your class schedule (up to 15 hours per week) and pays $8.50 per hour.
Primary Duties include:
•Review and register FSL organizations via EagleLink
•Review FSL event planning form submissions via EagleLink
•Contact FSL organization officers to communicate deadlines, decisions, and other information on behalf of OSI
•Assist in the training of FSL officers on the Eaglelink event planning form process
•Assist as necessary with FSL programs such as the New Members Retreat, Greek Leaders Retreat, and the Fraternity and Sorority Life Awards
•Input survey and assessment data of FSL programs
•Maintain FSL website and social media outlets
•Conduct research on best practices and benchmarking with other SUS and like institutions
•Provide quality communication and customer service skills
